My path began far from the executive boardrooms of Silicon Valley, rooted in a small farming family. Without a corporate blueprint, I had to master human psychology, organizational strategy, and leadership dynamics entirely on my own as a silent observer.
Over an elite 23-year career, that psychological edge propelled me to senior engineering leadership positions across India and the United States. At Google, I served as Senior Engineering Manager and Site Lead, bootstrapping a critical global organization from the ground up into a high-performing team of over 50 leaders across the US and India. Prior to that, as HoE at Maersk, I built and led an 80+ person global organization spanning India, the UK, Denmark, and Spain.
- Google | Senior Engineering Leader & Site Lead (US & India)
- Maersk | Head of Engineering (India, UK, Denmark, Spain)
- Silicon Valley Foundations | Juniper Networks & SonicWall
Throughout my global corporate arc, my greatest fulfillment came from scaling people. I have successfully mentored dozens of senior managers, directors, and global leaders at Google and Maersk, helping them navigate intense ambiguity, master organizational politics, and accelerate their career progression.
Having achieved complete financial freedom, I stepped away from the corporate ladder at age 46 to live entirely on my own terms—dedicating my time to spiritual inquiry, advisory work, art, health, and family.
I built this private sanctuary because high-stakes professional velocity and profound personal joy are not mutually exclusive. I am here to help international leaders drop the corporate mask, confront their toughest leadership challenges, and achieve an elite corporate ascent without sacrificing their peace of mind.
