Zen and You (“we”) is a private mentorship practice operated by Pradeep Niranjan. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.
Everything discussed in a mentorship session is treated as confidential. Session content is not shared with your employer, colleagues or any third party. Notes, where kept, are used only to prepare for your next session. Confidentiality may be set aside only where there is a serious risk to life or a legal obligation to disclose.
Card and banking details are never seen or stored by us. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, with Stripe (international) and Razorpay (India) as fallback processors, who handle payment data under their own privacy terms. We store only the transaction reference and status.
Confirmed sessions are scheduled through Calendly, which creates a calendar invitation and video link for you and for Pradeep. Your name, email and chosen time are shared with that service for this purpose.
We send booking confirmations, session reminders and replies to your enquiries. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link.
Booking and billing records are kept while they are needed for accounting and continuity of mentorship. You may ask at any time for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to concierge@zenmentorship.com.
